The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hughes Universal Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Clients may terminate services in accordance with the terms of their written agreements.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cass County, North Dakota.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
